Do you use latex?

No. Latex is commonly known to cause allergic reactions on the skin, which can be irritating and painful. To protect our customers, we avoid using allergens in our manufacturing process. We prefer to use hypoallergenic materials that are safe on all skin types, and which promote a safe, comfortable sleep night-in and night-out.

How many letters can you embroider on the pillowcase?

The current limit is 10 characters, including spaces. (Latin alphabet only)

Do you make pillows for kids?

Yes. We create custom, made-to-measure pillows that can also be designed for your child. However, infants should never sleep on pillows, and pillows are not recommended for children under the age of two.
Furthermore, if your child is growing rapidly, you will need to order a new pillow regularly. We recommend that clients be 16+ years of age before using a SlumbrSpace pillow.

How long does it take to manufacture a pillow?

Orders are prioritized on a first come, first served basis. The average manufacturing time frame is 1–2 weeks, while the average delivery time is 1–4 weeks, depending on the destination.
